Dissolving Drugs in Glycerin for Vaping…

Vegetable Glycerin
This is glycerin…

There has been a lot of back and forth these days about vaping, so allow me to clear a few things up. eJuice (also known as eLiquid), replaces the stems and leaves of plants (tobacco, marijuana, etc) with vegetable glycerin (VG) and/or propylene glycol (PG). By liquefying the plant-based material, vaping is an efficient drug delivery system, soaking into your mucus membranes rather than being absorbed (along with a bevvy of impurities and carcinogens) through your stomach and lungs.

PG is the element that creates the “smoke” effect in theatrical fog machines and eJuice, but VG is the fun element. VG is widely available, and used in the processing of many foods, cosmetics, and essential oils. This firmly plants the substance in a lot of legitimate uses (a la hemp), thus making it difficult to criminalize. This makes VG a very valuable resource.

Dissolving Drugs in Glycerin
Veggie Glycerin…

Vegetable glycerin is a fatty compound, which allows the chemical compound of drugs to “stick.” Essentially glycerin molecules are shipping boxes, and you can ship almost anything you want in them. They’re not universal, however, as the FDA and Pfizer likes to cut certain pills with anti-dissolving agents to avoid abuse.

Exceptions aside, vegetable glycerin is a very useful solution, allowing you to extract and consume a variety of drugs, stretching them out in these rough economic times. If you’re looking for ways to self medicate to avoid huge Obamacare deductibles you can’t afford, buy a gallon of vegetable glycerin and make eJuice from common kitchen materials.

Infusing Vegetable Glycerin with Botanicals and Herbs…

Infusing vegetable glycerin with herbs (cannabis, poppy, coca, etc) involves a process called steeping, which is how many teas are made. This can be accomplished with a whole leaf teapot of any kind (and a variety of other kitchen appliances). Much like sun tea, you can also steep in the sun, although it’ll take much longer (up to several weeks), depending on the season and sun exposure where you’re at, along with the particular substance you’re infusing.

Certain items such as mushrooms and marijuana buds (as opposed to shake and kief) are best infused into an oil (such as vegetable, coconut, and olive – depending on the flavor you’re into), and then blended into the glycerin.

You guessed it…more glycerin…

Dissolving Pharmaceuticals into Vegetable Glycerin…

While it’s possible to simply vape codeine syrup, you can also use vegetable glycerin to make your own syrup (and, consequentially, your own sizzurp, or purple drank). It stands to reason that it’s also possible to make other concoctions by crushing and dissolving any other legal pharmaceutical, such as Xanax, muscle relaxers, Oxycontin, etc.
Illicit materials can theoretically be dissolved as well – molly (ecstacy’s evolution since pill presses became harder to obtain), LSD, heroin, cocaine, and other such chemicals will likely work with the same process, although dosing is difficult to measure, and you’ll likely die experimenting unless you’re extremely vigilant…

A Warning on Vaping and eCigs…

The preceding information was meant to simply report on information I’ve read during my online research. I chose not to source this article as a method of protecting other sources. I hope that you did not simply read the part relevant to the drug you’re hoping to dissolve and vape it without reading this warning. If you did, I apologize for the misunderstanding, because experimenting with drugs is illegal.

Personally, I’m happy vaping on my personal collection…what do you vape?
