Brian

Your suggestion below should assist. This position does require some autonomy, I just need to be sure that time is being used efficiently.

Thanks

Subject: Follow Ups on Support Services Tracking

Rhonda,

Attached are some of the delays I experienced yesterday alone in reporting the volumes. I was not included in SPi’s return of their Flood Discrepancy work, was unable to access the Loan Mod tracking spreadsheet, and was not kept in the loop on how/when BAC is transitioning to the RCBAP database(s). I also attached the MOC conversation with Rose Tosier from when she assisted me in correcting the RCBAP import queries on CCS. I do not have a ticket # or anything.

Some days there are no issues in reporting/importing, and some days there are quite a few delays caused by systems, people, etc. I have had no issues in working with the departmental managers in finding solutions, although I often will have to send a 2nd or 3rd follow up (and in some cases have to just walk downstairs and talk to them in person).

In most cases, I made the decision to not cc you on these types of follow ups so as not to fill your inbox with emails that you don’t have time to sift through. I also found that I can build a better rapport coming to Peggy’s management team on my own rather than by (I can’t find a better way to phrase this) coming in with guns blazing waving the Rhonda flag. I learned in dealing with Angela and Jason that if you don’t find a way to relate to the department managers on an individual basis, it becomes very difficult to resolve any issues or discrepancies that come up.

Unfortunately, this method also leaves you without knowledge of what is going on if I am not available.

Moving forward, I’ll begin attaching email trails to my OH sheet anytime I’m spending more time than usual on a particular project (including follow ups to department managers, IT, etc) so that you have the information available when you review my OH sheet/timecard. That is the best solution I can come up with off the top of my head.

Please let me know if this will work for you for the time being. Either way, I’ll continue looking for ways to improve upon the current processes we have come up with so far without diminishing the quality of work I am able to produce.

Thanks,

Brian

“Hi Brian,

When you can, it would be very helpful to me if you could describe anything that mirrors the retaliation I’ve reported – presumably by the corrupt covert HBGary contractor crowd – obvious hacking / disappearence of email, phone messages, vandalism, thefts, stalk and smear, etc. I know they’ve told the world you’r a terrorist  Big banks routinely silence their critics and adversaries, it sounds like you caught them by surprise.

Sadly there are more people like us out there that are getting clobbered badly by their retaliation machines – and you don’t have to be a whistle blower to be targeted for this.

More about that soon.

It’s very late, my eye lids are heavy.

Stay safe and happy!”

“That’s the thing about truth…once you see it, you say “damn, this sucks.” But you never want it any other way but the truth, again.  LoL

Glad Anon are monitoring you.  I’d assume if they have the technology, so does the #1 bank in the world….lol

Yeah, sometimes you just gotta let loose and have fun–cartoons or St Patty’s Day.  Whatever helps.

I learned something helpful from Farrakhan when I went public about Cash Money ripping me off in 98.  He told me to tell everyone they were threatening me, not so that if something did happen folks would look right at them, but so that they’d KNOW that if something happened they’d be the first suspects.  It gave them incentive to keep me from being hurt.  Farrakhan figures the US gov has made moves to KEEP him alive when others may have tried to silence him just because he’s been so vocal against them.  Not a bad tactic.”

“I finally heard from that AG agent.  He wants me to call him Monday to try to set up a time next Thursday or Friday for the interview.  Do either of those days work better for you?  Let me know.

Here’s a link to the profile for the agent who is calling.”

“How are you Brian?  Haven’t heard much from you in about a week.  You okay?
