So I’ve been figuring out how to record quick, short, and decent-quality videos and decided to start up a gonzo YouTube channel to fill with 5 -20 minute clips.
Here’s the first one I filmed to show off some of the swag and press credentials I’ve picked up over the years.
Next I filmed a short clip about how to make money blogging. If YourAnonNews knew how to monetize a website, they wouldn’t have embezzled money from children.
Later the same day, I filmed a second clip about dating and relationships. I had recently had a short fling I needed to work out of my head, and talking about it online was the best way.
Today’s YouTube video is about the High Times Cannabis Cup, how to get in, and what to expect when you’re there. Having attended several marijuana events over the years, this is some good information that will hopefully help you out.
Because I’m filming these in a somewhat guerrilla style, they’re not edited much and I don’t have a script. I’m basically just winging it, so I keep thinking of additional points I should have added after I’m done.
Still, they’re not bad considering I haven’t really done this before.
I’m using a Canon EOS T5I for recording, which is giving me a nice HD quality and pretty decent sound. My blue yeti mic still isn’t working with Windows 10 yet unfortunately. I think I have to check the USB connections at the motherboard.
I kinda like making these videos, so I’m going to try to spend this winter filling my channel up with them.
