How do I hack into someone’s bank account (for a student project)?
Banking systems are extremely complicated to navigate – they use proprietary systems, so if you were to download a file, you’d have no program that could access it, and even if you were a 1337 hacker, you wouldn’t know what the info meant once you did access it.
On top of this, they use multiple systems to track everything. Your bank account isn’t just a value in a field – it’s a series of reports that are matched against each other to determine your balance. If you were to “hack” someone’s account successfully, it would take about half a second for it to be noticed when the automated reports don’t match.
To add to all of this, banks, like every other corporation or government organization, utilize user profiles to control access to information. On one user profile, you could issue a check, but not create a payee. On another user profile you could create a payee, but not issue a check.
So for you to hack a bank account, you would need at least two equally skilled hackers that know exactly what they’re looking for and can access the systems under the right supplemental user accounts to gain full access.
Even if you were able to accomplish that, again you’re not trained on these systems and would most likely trip up their alarms. Banks have fantastic security.
More simplistic ways people have “hacked” a bank account were by:
– creating a fake magnetic stripe reader and installing it on any public card reader to harvest bank account info.
– installing a camera anywhere that can see over the shoulders of people to watch them enter their ATM pins and see any info on the screen.
– figuring out how to use the transaction codes stored on their phone to trick the system.
– accessing the admin menu on the ATM and reconfiguring it to think it’s dispensing $1’s instead of $20’s.
Of course all of these people were caught, and that’s why everyone in these answers keeps telling you that you would have to be an idiot to even try hacking a bank and it will land you in prison if you’re lucky.
Also, not a single human being believes there’s ever been a school assignment anywhere close to the concept of “rob a bank.” You realize we’ve all been to school too, right?
How do I write a 500 word blog article in 15 minutes?
Minutes 2-3 – Write an outline, including a title, subheaders, and two-three points for each subheader.
Minutes 4-11 – Type out 500 words. In order to type 500 words in 7 minutes, you need to be able to type 72 words-per-minute. The average person types 40 WPM, so it would take 12 minutes, 30 seconds to type 500 words, already taking you beyond 15 minutes.
Minutes 12-15 – Read and edit typos, add hyperlinks to source knowledge, and post.
You won’t be writing or posting any quality content this way, so I wouldn’t recommend it. You need to take at least an hour for each blog post in order to produce quality. In 15 minutes, all you’re doing is filling the Internet with error-filled garbage with no real depth that nobody is going to read.
