Brian
Your suggestion below should assist. This position does require some autonomy, I just need to be sure that time is being used efficiently.
Thanks

Subject: Follow Ups on Support Services Tracking

Rhonda,

Attached are some of the delays I experienced yesterday alone in reporting the volumes. I was not included in SPi’s return of their Flood Discrepancy work, was unable to access the Loan Mod tracking spreadsheet, and was not kept in the loop on how/when BAC is transitioning to the RCBAP database(s). I also attached the MOC conversation with Rose Tosier from when she assisted me in correcting the RCBAP import queries on CCS. I do not have a ticket # or anything.

Some days there are no issues in reporting/importing, and some days there are quite a few delays caused by systems, people, etc. I have had no issues in working with the departmental managers in finding solutions, although I often will have to send a 2nd or 3rd follow up (and in some cases have to just walk downstairs and talk to them in person).

In most cases, I made the decision to not cc you on these types of follow ups so as not to fill your inbox with emails that you don’t have time to sift through. I also found that I can build a better rapport coming to Peggy’s management team on my own rather than by (I can’t find a better way to phrase this) coming in with guns blazing waving the Rhonda flag. I learned in dealing with Angela and Jason that if you don’t find a way to relate to the department managers on an individual basis, it becomes very difficult to resolve any issues or discrepancies that come up.

Unfortunately, this method also leaves you without knowledge of what is going on if I am not available.

Moving forward, I’ll begin attaching email trails to my OH sheet anytime I’m spending more time than usual on a particular project (including follow ups to department managers, IT, etc) so that you have the information available when you review my OH sheet/timecard. That is the best solution I can come up with off the top of my head.

Please let me know if this will work for you for the time being. Either way, I’ll continue looking for ways to improve upon the current processes we have come up with so far without diminishing the quality of work I am able to produce.

Thanks,

Brian
"Hi Brian,

When you can, it would be very helpful to me if you could describe anything that mirrors the retaliation I've reported - presumably by the corrupt covert HBGary contractor crowd - obvious hacking / disappearence of email, phone messages, vandalism, thefts, stalk and smear, etc. I know they've told the world you'r a terrorist Big banks routinely silence their critics and adversaries, it sounds like you caught them by surprise.
Sadly there are more people like us out there that are getting clobbered badly by their retaliation machines - and you don't have to be a whistle blower to be targeted for this.
More about that soon.

It's very late, my eye lids are heavy.

Stay safe and happy!"

"That's the thing about truth...once you see it, you say "damn, this sucks." But you never want it any other way but the truth, again. LoL
Glad Anon are monitoring you. I'd assume if they have the technology, so does the #1 bank in the world....lol
Yeah, sometimes you just gotta let loose and have fun--cartoons or St Patty's Day. Whatever helps.
I learned something helpful from Farrakhan when I went public about Cash Money ripping me off in 98. He told me to tell everyone they were threatening me, not so that if something did happen folks would look right at them, but so that they'd KNOW that if something happened they'd be the first suspects. It gave them incentive to keep me from being hurt. Farrakhan figures the US gov has made moves to KEEP him alive when others may have tried to silence him just because he's been so vocal against them. Not a bad tactic."

"I finally heard from that AG agent. He wants me to call him Monday to try to set up a time next Thursday or Friday for the interview. Do either of those days work better for you? Let me know.
Here's a link to the profile for the agent who is calling."

"How are you Brian? Haven't heard much from you in about a week. You okay?

Bank of America Whistleblower letter from HR Central
Thank you Brian. I was thinking about you all day.
I'm so glad to hear a positive note in your email tone.

Thank you for your courage! We have a long way to go.

Lisa - 4/8/11

You know how I can tell all of these people are intelligent...? Compare the sentence spacing between Rhonda/myself and everyone else. In the corporate world...I got told time and time again that double spaces after a sentence is a waste of time and wrong. I'm noticing as I copy and paste their email excerpts that each of them do that in their emails. From this point forward, I'm going to train myself to do it the way I always fucking knew was right...
And before I go to bed...a little more foreshadowing of the events leading into the Summer of 2011...when all hell broke loose in every direction...and the realization that I couldn't stop if I wanted to...but for now...for the media-zombie inflicted...a cliffhanger...(Cue Scary Music)

No...I meant scary scary music...you know what...never mind...enjoy the teaser:

<--Previous Chapter...

I'm going to take the time here to explain to you what you go through emotionally when you're a whistleblower...because some of the things I've said and done must seem a little bit strange from the outside...

You see...when you first blow a whistle, you don't even know you've done it. Everyone hears work gossip all the time. I can sum the collective conversation behind every closed door in every office building in every country translating into every last fucking language in the history of existence...I do my job better than ____.

When you've blown a whistle, you've effectively said that to your boss and other key cogs in the machine so that you eventually find yourself repeating the story to HR, and eventually to whoever's escorting you off the premises...I hate to sound sexist at this point, but I've hired and fired a lot of people, as well as having seen it and heard firsthand accounts verified with repetition throughout several inter company grapevines. Females tend to cry at this point. I did not. I did however cry hundreds of times throughout the last year, so it's not to judge that I bring it up, merely to point out the observation.

Once you're out on your own, there's a high level of energy as you experience a wide array of emotions throughout the next month. During that time, you tell the story to everyone you can. Every time you tell the story, you start to realize how little some people are actually listening to you anymore in your own life. Then you take another step, and the backlash involves law enforcement treating you like a criminal. You have to decide then and there what to tell them...and if there's anything I can recommend whenever you're talking to anybody in life (with very few close to the heart exceptions), don't say any more than necessary.

The above video is the best 48 minutes you'll ever spend in your life. A law school professor and police officer give a speech on why you should never talk to the police. I love it. Unfortunately for me I didn't see it until after I spoke with the police. Fortunately for me, I was able to talk my way out of being arrested. The reason I disagree slightly with the "Don't talk to the police" motto is because when you're a whistleblower, fear is a common tactic used against you. It's not easy to just not say anything to the police, especially when you have been falsely accused of a terrorist act in the United States these days.

Much like its lower class cousin the Stool Pigeon (See also Snitch), the Whistleblower receives a very quick lesson when dropped off the tree, fly or die. If the bird chooses to fly in this manner, it will be free of inhibitions. This sudden freedom will make the bird fly until he's forced to the ground. At some point or another along every Whistleblower's journey, it will be forced to choose while standing on the ground whether to fight or take flight.

Although I chose to fight at every opportunity I found (leading me to eventually have to start filtering out who's worthy of my time and energy and who's not), I do not condone any whistleblower who has ever given up at any point in their journey. It's an experience few can speak from behind the shadows of. Any whistleblower can tell you that you don't just get to run to someone who's going to fix anything. That got you fired in the first place. You tell people, but they have no idea. You suddenly realize nobody gives a shit. Through the pain and the fear, you have to be intelligent enough to research hundreds of worldwide internet searches every day of the right terms at the right times in order to find the people who understand what you're talking about.

At the same time you're doing all of this, you have to fix your financial situation. You'll spend many days on hold with various companies negotiating refinances, consolidations, lower payments, reduced costs, fill out paperwork for the D.E.S for unemployment, food stamps, etc, update your resume, conduct job searches, keep in touch with your friends and family so they're not worried you're in some kind of trouble, which you probably are because you constantly feel like you're being watched, you're constantly finding ways to feel comfortable and safe, but you don't feel safe anywhere.

You're afraid of your cell phone and internet, because you never know who's tracking you. You look underneath and around your car. You're startled by loud noises (police sirens, yelling, and crashing noises are the worst). You're constantly haunted by fear and doubt. What if you're wrong? What if they start looking into your past? Can you explain your past? Can you convince the entire world that you're a good person? Will anybody ever understand or care? Is the entire world just one giant ball of bullshit?

I bet there's not a whistleblower out there who's eyes don't begin to water just reading this...

And when it comes down to it...the war I'm waging on the banks has nothing to do with me and them anymore. I found my inner peace. I'm waging all out class warfare on financial institutions in defense of every human being in this world that has ever felt even one second of the pain I endured last year.

But don't crown me a saint just yet, because to jump ahead a bit, I really couldn't give much of a fuck about the people I'm fighting for either...

September '11 - Throughout the summer of 2011, I worked with several Anons to assist in promoting activism projects worldwide. I closely followed the revolutions and riots in the Middle East, Greece, the UK, and Canada. Whatever time I wasn't spending healing from and repairing the various rapid changes in my life was spent reading books on activism and utilizing my various skillsets and contacts to assist in Anonymous Operations. Here in the US, after working on nationwide Uncut protests throughout tax season, we were all running full steam toward September's US Day of Rage.

At the time, September 17 was meant to be a day long protest in key financial locations across the US in order to call attention to the financial crisis. We didn't know exactly what we were doing at the time, but we knew we were inspiring people to take a stand. Although 2012 will be known historically as the year a ragtag group of activists, artists, and Anons changed the direction of the modern world, it was the year 2011 in which the seeds of change were planted.

Anonymous was beginning to take control of their public image. Instead of being known as a group of pranksters and practical jokers, they were beginning to be known (as they should) as a legitimate political force. It was during this time I actually started writing this blog in order to assist in the evolution.

The evolution of the US Day of Rage into the current Occupy movement as it's now known was a long road. Many people sacrificed their time, money, resources, and comfort throughout the progression of this movement. Groups worldwide have contributed in one way or another. Occupiers everywhere are brave and heroic soldiers in the class war. Their purpose of grabbing the nation's attention has succeeded. The pieces are all in place, and it's time we utilize this valuable resource to maintain balance in the court of public opinion while we do everything in our power to force the financial industry to pay penance for crimes against humanity.

Don't just Occupy Wall Street. It's time to show those in charge that we are the people. We are the majority. We are the power. The class war is far from over, but the progress we've made in the last year should give us cause to rise and fight again as the one year anniversary of Black Monday and Operation Empire State Rebellion passes. Make your voice heard. Fight the banks. Fight the system. Never give up. Above all else...

Expect Us...
