High in the strip Club

It depends on the psychedelic and the strip club (along with who you know there).

Best case scenario, you’re on acid, shrooms, or ecstacy and you know either the owner, the bouncer, or are with a chick with money.

In that case, it’s fantastic – I’ll refer you to Hunter S Thompson’s entire body of work and the evolution of gonzo journalism for sourcing. Start with Where the Buffalo Roam Watch Where the Buffalo Roam () online – Amazon Video starring Bill Murray as Hunter.

Then go to Fear and Loathing Watch Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas () online – Amazon Video, where Johnny Depp became infamous for the role.

Of course, you can also read the books if you’re one of those people: A Savage Journey to the Heart of the American Dream: Hunter S. Thompson, Ralph Steadman: 9780679785897: Amazon.com: Books

Worst case scenario, you’re on Ayahuasca, heroin, mescaline, DMT, peyote, etc. These aren’t really party drugs. You’ll have a party in your head, but you shouldn’t be at such a high-stakes, high-pressure sales environment as a strip club. These are best enjoyed at home or out in nature than in the city, much less a strip club, which is one of the toughest types of clubs to go to.

If you’re broke or acting like an idiot, you’ll likely end up touching a girl, dancing with a customer, or making a general ass of yourself and being kicked out fairly quick, perhaps even beaten up if you’re in so deep you won’t shut up.

Since you’re interested in strip clubs, if you’re in the U.S., go to Canada or Mexico for strip clubs – trust me, they’re much better. You can find some good stuff in places like Vegas, Texas, etc., but it’s much more expensive and less interesting than you’d see in places like Rocky Point, Toronto or Nogales (unless things changed since I’ve last been).

American strip club stories are lame in comparison to seeing back-door cock fights, donkeys, midgets, and customers jumping on stage being stripped naked and often f*cked right on stage.

The entrance fees in Mexican strip clubs are around $10 (if there’s a cover), and drinks are $1-$5 for pretty much any drink you can think of. In Mexican border towns, it’s cheaper to drink in strip clubs than regular clubs, which are already cheaper than American clubs.

Being there on psychedelics would be awesome, though you’d never make it back alive. Walking back to the border in those towns can be difficult, and they prey on tourists. You’d be an easy target among the insanely drunk underage people (drinking age in Mexico is 18, and most places don’t card). Mexico is not a place to be incapacitated unless you’re with people who will keep you on track.

Amsterdam’s red light district is a fun place to be high or drunk, but I’ve not yet experienced it on psychedelics.
